Heat Treatments
- R: Complete annealing at 380 - 420 °C for 2 - 4 hours; slow cooling in oven (max 20°C/h until 200 °C). TN: Water quenching (10 - 30°C) from 485 - 505°C, after preheating for 0.5 - 1 hour in salt-bath; natural ageing (max 50°C) for 48-96 hours; THN: As per TN, with ironing after tempering that produces a slight hardening;
