PROPRIETARY BÖHLER T567 Heat Treatments


  • Annealing at 750 - 780°C, air or cooling in furnace. Stress relieving at 740 - 770°C cooling on air, after temperature equalization, soak for 1 - 2 h in controlled atmosphere. Hardening at 1040 - 1080°C, oil, air. Tempering at 730 - 780°C, air, soaking time min. 1 h.
