ISO X10CrMoVNb9-1 Heat Treatments
- Normalizing at 1040°C.
Quenching to 1100°C.
Tempering at 730 to 780°C. When tempering, the specified temperatures shall, when they have been attained over the whole cross-section, be maintained for an appropriate time. - Normalizing and tempering (N+T): 1040-1090°C (austenitizing temperature), air cool; Tempering: 730-800°C, air cool.
