- Normalising temperature 1040 - 1080°C and tempering between 730 - 800°C.
- A proper microstructure is achieved by either normalisation and tempering (NT) or normalisation with accelerate cooling and tempering (NACT). Normalising temperature is in the range 1040-1080°C (1904-1976°F) and tempering between 730 and 800°C (1346 and 1472°F).
