SS FE-PM3801 Heat Treatments
- Solution treated: 1025°C ≤ θ ≤ 1055°C/t ≥ 1 h/AC or faster + cool to θ ≤ 30°C
Solution treated and precipitation treated: 1025°C ≤ θ ≤ 1055°C/t ≥ 1 h/AC or faster + cool to θ ≤ 30°C + 600°C ≤ θ ≤ 630°C/t ≥ 4 h/AC or faster - Solution heat treated: 1025-1055°C, hold at the selected temperature not less than 30 min), than air cool or oil quench (cool as required to below 30°C); Precipitate by heating 470-490°C, hold at the selected temperature not less than one hour, than air cool.
