GB 05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb Heat Treatments
- Heat treatment 1: Quenched at 1025 - 1055°C, oil or air cooled. Tempered at 645 - 655°C, 4h, air cooled. Heat treatment 2: Quenched at 1025 - 1055°C, oil or air cooled. Heat treated at 810 - 820°C, 0.5h, air cooled. Tempered at 565 - 575°C, 3h, air cooled. Heat treatment 3: Quenched at 1025 - 1055°C, oil or air cooled. Heat treated at 810 - 820°C, 0.5h, air cooled. Tempered at 600 - 610°C, 5h, air cooled. Annealed at 740 - 850°C, slow cooled. Hot tempered at 660 - 680°C, rapid cooled.
- Solutionized: 1050 +/- 25°C, water cooled.
Precipitation hardened (PH482): 482 +/- 10°C, 1h, air-cooled.
Precipitation hardened (PH496): 496 +/- 10°C, 4h, air-cooled.
Precipitation hardened (PH552): 552 +/- 10°C, 4h, air-cooled.
Precipitation hardened (PH579): 579 +/- 10°C, 4h, air-cooled.
Precipitation hardened (PH593): 593 +/- 10°C, 4h, air-cooled.
Precipitation hardened (PH621): 621 +/- 10°C, 4h, air-cooled.
Precipitation hardened (PH760+621): 760 +/- 10°C, 2h, air-cooled or 621 +/- 10°C, 4h, air-cooled.
