JIS SUS630 Heat Treatments
- Solution treatment: Heated at 1020°C-1060°C, rapid cooled
Precipitation hardening treatment:
H900: Heated at 470°C to 490°C, air cooled.
H1025: Heated at 540-560°C, air cooled.
H1075: Heated at 570-590°C, air cooled.
H1150: Heated at 610°C to 630°C, air cooled. - Solution treatment (S): 1020 - 1060°C, rapid cooling; Precipitation hardening: H900: after solution treatment, 470°C - 490°C, air cooling; H1025: after solution treatment, 540°C - 560°C, air cooling; H1075: after solution treatment, 570°C - 590°C, air cooling; H1150: after solution treatment, 610°C - 630°C, air cooling.
