KS STS 630 Heat Treatments
- Solution heat treatment at 1020-1060°C, rapid cooling.
Precipitation hardening:
H900: After solution heat treatment, 470-490°C, air cooling;
H1025: After solution heat treatment, 540-560°C, air cooling;
H1075: After solution heat treatment, 570-590°C, air cooling;
H1150: After solution heat treatment, 610-630°C, air cooling. - Solutionizing: 1020-1060°C, rapid cooling.
