MSZ 31 CrMo 12 Heat Treatments
- Soft annealing: 650-700°C; Hardening: 870-930°C (0,5 h minimum), oil or water cooling; Tempering: 580-700°C (1 h minimum); Nitriding: 480-570°C.
- Softened at 650 to 700°C;
Quenched at 870 to 910°C in oil, min. 30 minutes;
Tempered at 570 to 650°C, at least 1 hour;
Nitrided at 490 to 530°C;
Carbonitrided at 570°C.
