- Heat treatment of finished parts
Annealed, Age harden: 580 - 590°C (1075 - 1095°F), 8 - 10 h, air cooling.
Spring temper, Age harden: 530 - 540°C (985 - 1005°F), 4 - 6 h, air cooling. - Annealed at 870°C (1600°F)
Spring temper + aged (after spring coiling): Aged at 540°C (1000°F) for 10 h
