ISO 4418-431-77-E Heat Treatments
- Hot forming: 1100-800°C, slow cooling; Quenching and tempering (+QT1) - Quenching: 900-1000°C; Tempering: 570-650°C.
- Hot forming: 1150-900°C, air cooling; Annealing: (+A): 600-650°C, furnace or air cooling; Quenching and tempering (+QT1) - Quenching: 950-1050°C, oil or air cooling; Tempering: 590-620°C. Either 2 × 4h or 1 × 8h as a minimum time. Quenching and tempering (+QT2) - Quenching: 950-1050°C, oil or air cooling; Tempering: 550-620°C.
