Heat Treatments

  • 1010°C <= &theta; <= 1060°C / OQ or WQ. Air quenching may be used for De <= 20 mm. + Tempered 580°C <= &theta; <= 610°C.
  • Hot formed at 1150-900°C, air cooled.<br>A: Annealed at 600-650°C.<br>QT760: quenched at 950-1050°C, oil cooled. Tempered at 590-640°C.<br>QT900: quenched at 950-1050°C, oil cooled. Tempered at 550-620°C.
