UNI X20Cr13 Heat Treatments
- Hot formed at 1100-800°C, slow cooled.
A: annealed at 750-850°C.
QT700: quenched at 950-1050°C, oil or air cooled. Tempered at 650-750°C.
QT800: quenched at 950-1050°C, oil or air cooled. Tempered at 600-700°C. - Forging temperature: 1150-900°C; Normalizing: 900-980°C; Annealing: 700-780°C; Oil hardening: 950-1030°C; Tempering: 600-650°C.
