AFNOR NF X20Cr13 Heat Treatments
- Hot formed at 1100-800°C, slow cooled.
A: annealed at 750-850°C.
QT700: quenched at 950-1050°C, oil or air cooled. Tempered at 650-750°C.
QT800: quenched at 950-1050°C, oil or air cooled. Tempered at 600-700°C. - Heat treated: 1010°C, quenched in oil; Tempered at 180°C (for cold working) or 550°C (for hot working) for 1 hour.
