GB 12Cr1MoVG Heat Treatments
- For S =< 30mm, normalized at a temperature of 980 to 1020°C, tempered at 720 to 760°C;
For S > 30 mm, quenched and tempered or normalized and tempered. Quenching temperature of 950°C to 990°C, tempering temperature 720°C to 760°C; Normalizing temperature 980°C to 1020°C, tempering temperature 720°C to 760°C, but rapid cooling after normalizing. - Normalized at 980 - 1020°C. Tempered at 720 - 760°C.
