YB 12Cr1MoV Heat Treatments
- For S<=30mm (S-wall thickness of steel pipe): Normalized at 980 to 1020°C and tempered at 720 to760°C.
For S>30mm (S-wall thickness of steel pipe): Heated not lower than 950 to 990°C, tempered at 720 to 760°C and normalized at 980 to 1020°C (but quenched after normalizing).
