PROPRIETARY Acidur 4057 Heat Treatments
- Soft annealed by holding at a temperature in the range 680 - 800°C followed by slow cooling in an oven or air.
Hardening at 950 to 1050, cooling in polymer, oil or air;
QT800 - 750 - 800 + 650 - 700°C, cooling in water or air;
QT900 - 600 - 650°C, cooling in water or air;
