VdTÜV X3CrNiMo13-4 Heat Treatments
- Hardened at 950-1050°C, held at least 1 h (after reaching the temperature in the entire cross section), cooled in air or in oil.
Tempered at 560-620°C, held at least 8 h or 2 x 4 h (after reaching the temperature in the entire cross section), cooled in the furnace or in still air.
Stress relieved at 530 to 570°C, held at least 4 h (after reaching the temperature in the entire cross section), cooled in the furnace.
