Heat Treatments

  • <b>Quenched</b> at ≤ 1050°C <br /> <b>Tempered</b> at 600-630°C <br /> <b>Stress relief annealed</b> at ≥ 570°C. This temperature must be at least 30°C below the tempering temperature and must not be below the specified minimum value
  • <b>Quenching (I)</b>: Heated at 950-1050°C, air cooled. Tempered at 590-620°C <br /> <b>Quenching (II)</b>: Heated at 950-1050°C, air cooled. Tempered at 530-560°C
