DIN X3CrNiMo13-4 Heat Treatments
- Hot formed at 1150-900°C, air cooled.
A: Annealed at 600-650°C.
QT650: Quenched at 950-1050°C, oil or air cooled. Tempered at (650-700°C) + (600-620°)C.
QT780: Quenched at 950-1050°C, oil or air cooled. Tempered at 550-620°C.
QT900: Quenched at 950-1050°C, oil or air cooled. Tempered at 520-580°C. - Hot forming: 1150 - 900°C, air cooling. Quenching: 950- 1050°C, oil, air, water cooling. Tempering: 560 - 640°C.
