ASME SA-564 S15500 Heat Treatments
- Solution treating: 1040 ± 15°C (cool as required to below 32°C)
Precipitation hardening:
H900: 480°C, 1h, cooling in air;
H925: 495°C, 4h, cooling in air;
H1025: 550°C, 4h, cooling in air;
H1075: 580°C, 4h, cooling in air;
H1100: 595°C, 4h, cooling in air;
H1150: 620°C, 4h, cooling in air;
H1150M: 760°C for 2h, air cooling plus 620°C for 4h, air cooling.
