PROPRIETARY SUPERELSO 500 HR Heat Treatments
- Austenitizing at 900 - 950°C, water quenching. Tempering after water quenching according to the manufacturer ’s recommendations. Stress relieving treatment (post weld heat treatment) at 600 - 635°C. Cold or warm forming: any forming that is performed at a temperature below 705°C. Hot forming: any forming that is performed at or above a temperature of 705°C.
