- Hot forming: 1100 to 800°C
Annealing: 745 to 825°C
Hardening: 980 to 1050°C, oil, air
Tempering temperature (I): 650 to 700°C
Tempering temperature (II): 600 to 700°C
Structure after heat treatment:
After annealed: Ferrite + Carbide
After hardened and tempered (I) and (II) for good mechanical properties: as tempered structure
