DIN Ck 35 Heat Treatments
- Annealing: 650-700°C; Normalizing: 860-890°C; Hardening in water: 840-870°C; Hardening in oil: 850-880°C; Tempering: 540-680°C
- Hot forming: 1100-850°C;
Hardening, quenching or solution annealing (cooling in oil): 870-900°C;
Tempering or age hardening or precipitation hardening: 650-710°C; min. 2h;
Stress relieving annealing: 550-620°C.
