DIN 1.8807 Heat Treatments
- Quenched and tempered: hardening from 890 to 950°C, after reaching the temperature in the entire cross-section, cooling in still air, tempering from 580 to 690°C, holding period min. 30min, cooling in still air; Stress relieving from 530 to 590°C, holding period for t <= 15mm (>= 15min), for 15 < t <= 30mm (>= 30min), for t > 30mm (approx. 60min), cooling in still air.
