KS Inconel X 750 Heat Treatments
- Solutionizing (S1): 1135-1165°C, quenching. Age-hardening (H1): After S1, 800-830°C (24 hours), cool to room temperature, 690-720°C (20 hours), cool naturally. Solutionizing (S2): 965-995°C, quenching. Age-hardening (H2): After S2, 720-740°C (8 hours), cool in furnace 610-630°C, age at the temperature. Total aging time is 18 hours.
