GB NW7718 Heat Treatments
- Solution treatment: Heat to 940-1060°C, air cool or faster. Precipitation treatment: Heat to 720°C hold for 8 hours, cool at 55°C/h to 620°C, hold at 620°C for 8 hours, air cool. Alternatively, cool to 620°C at any rate and hold at 620°C to give a total precipitation treatment time of 18 hours.
