KS NW7718 Heat Treatments
- Annealed treatment: heated at 980 to 1100°C, than air or fast cooled; Precipitated at 720 to 620°C (8h, 55°C/h), holding at 620°C for 8h, and air cooling (or moderate rate cooling up to 620°C for 18h).
- Solution and annealing treatment: Heated at 940-1060°C for 16h, than air cooling; Precipitation heat treatment: Heated at 720°C for 8h (heat rate 55°C/h) up to 620°C than air cooling or moderate cooling for 18h up to 620°C.
