KS NW5500 Heat Treatments
- Annealing treatment: more than 980°C, water cooling; Precipitated at 590°C, (8-16)h, (8-15)°C/h up to 480°C furnace cooling, air cooling. Or 535°C until the furnace cooling, 535°C, 6h, maintaining up to 480°C furnace cooling, 8h, keeping air cooling.
- Solution and annealing treatment: Heated at min. 980°C than water cooling; Precipitation heat treatment: Heated at 590-610°C for 8-16h (heat rate 8-15°C/h) than furnace cooling up to 480°C, and air cooling or heated up to 535°C, holding 6h than furnace cooling up to 480°C, keeping 8h and air cooling.
