GOST CG 100 Heat Treatments
- Tempering temperature, within limits: 550°C - 580°C; Normalization temperature, not more than: (900°C ± 15°C) + (790°C ± 15°C ), double normalization; If hot forming is carried out after heating to a temperature in the range of 900°C to 955°C, the first normalization may be omitted; The tempering temperature after normalization, not less than 560°C - 605°C.
