GB 11Ni2DR Heat Treatments
- Normalizing for tR ≤ 30 mm: Austenitizing at 850 - 900°C, cooling in air.
Normalizing and tempering for 30 < tR ≤ 50 mm: Austenitizing at 850 - 900°C cooling in air, tempering at 600 - 660°C and cooling in air or water.
Quenching and tempering: Austenitizing at 850 - 900°C, quenching in oil or water, tempering at 600 - 660°C and cooling in air or water.
