- Solution treated ( AT): at 1120 to 1150°C
During solution treatment of castings, the temperature can be reduced to 1010°C to 1040°C before rapid cooling. - Heated to 1120 °C - 1150 °C, thermal insulation, solution treatment, water quenching. It can also be subject to solution treatment and water quenching after being cooled to 1010 °C - 1040 °C with the furnace to prevent cracking of complex-shaped castings
