PROPRIETARY A 350 LF2 Heat Treatments
- Hot-forming: 1150 - 850°C. Normalizing: 880 - 930°C, air cooling. Quenching (+Q): 880 - 930°C, oil, polymer, water cooling. Tempering (+T): 590°C, air cooling. Stress-relieving (+SR): 50°C under the temperature of tempering. Soft annealing (+A): 700°C, air cooling. Normalizing: 900°C, air cooling; Tempering: 600°C, air cooling. Isothermal annealing: 860°C, furnace cooling to 660°C, then air cooling. Mechanical and elevated properties heat treatments: Quenching at 880°C, water cooled; Tempered at 640°C, air cooled; Normalized at 900°C.
