- Hot-forming at 1250 to 950°C.
Soft annealing(+A) at 690°C, air.
Carburizing at 880 to 980°C.
Hardening on carburized surface, 770 to 810°C, water/oil/polymer.
Stress-relieving (+SR) at 180 to 200°C.
Normalizing (+N) at 900°C, air.
Direct hardening at 880°C, water or 890°C oil or polymer.
Stress relieving (+SR) at 150 to 200°C, furnace cooling.
