PROPRIETARY Acidur 4313 Heat Treatments
- Annealed to a fully soft structure by holding the steel or component at a temperature between 600 - 650°C followed by furnace cooling or slow cooling in air. QT 650: 650 - 700°C, 600 - 620°C, air/water quenching. QT 780: 550 - 600°C, air/water quenching. QT 900: 520 - 580°C, air/water quenching.
- Annealing (+ A) at 600 to 650°C, cooling in air, furnace;
Hardening at 950 to 1050°C, cooling in polymer, oil or air;
+QT700 - At 650 - 700°C + 600 – 620°C, cooling in water, air;
+QT780 - At 550 - 600°C, cooling in water, air;
+QT900 - At 520 - 580°C, cooling in water, air;
