TU 15HM Heat Treatments
- Normalization 930-960 C, tempering 680 - 730°C, holding at least 30 minutes, cooling in air. Allowed normalization of pipes without tempering. Allowed spray or fan cooling. Allowed normalization of hot deformed pipes with rolling heating with tempering at 680 - 730°C. The temperature at the end of rolling should not be lower than the normalization temperature.
- Normalized at 930 - 960°C. Tempered at 680 -730°C, held not less than 0.5h.
