GB T21310 Heat Treatments
- Pre-heated at 800-850°C, quenched in the range 980-1050 °C, in air or high pressure nitrogen gas, tempered in the range 194-206°C/2h (The tempered could be double or triple /2 h each)
- Preheated at 820 +/- 15°C. Salt bath at 1000 +/- 6°C. Furnace atmosphere at 1010 +/- 6°C, 10 - 20 min., air cooled. Heat treated at 200 +/- 6°C, 2h.
