ISO 1.4317 Heat Treatments
- QT1 - Austenitize at 1 000°C to 1 050°C; air cool. Temper at 570°C to 620°C; air or furnace cool;
QT2 - Austenitize at 1 000°C to 1050°C; air cool. Temper at 500°C to 530°C; air or furnace cool. - Quenching (+Q): 1000 - 1050°C and Tempering (+T): 590 - 620°C.
