ASME SUS631 Heat Treatments
- Solution treatment S: 1000 - 1100°C, rapid cooling.
Precipitation hardening treatment:
RH950: hold at 955°C ± 10°C for 10 min, air cool to room temperature, cool to - 73°C ± 6°C within 24 h, hold at this temperature for 8 h, hold at 510°C ± 10°C for 60 min and air cool.
TH1050: hold at 760°C ± 15°C for 90 min, cool to 15°C or lower within 1 h, hold for 30 min, hold at 565°C ± 10°C for 90 min and air cool.
