JIS SUS631-CSP Heat Treatments
- Solutionizing: 1000 - 1100°C, slow cooling; Precipitation hardening: TH1050: After solutionizing, 760°C +/- 15°C (90 minutes), cool down to 15°C or below within 1 hour (30 minutes), 565°C +/- 10°C (90 minutes), then air cool. RH950: After solutionizing, 955°C +/- 10°C (10 minutes), air cool down to room temperature, cool down to -73°C +/- 6°C within 24 hours (8 hours), 510°C +/- 10°C (60 minutes), then air cool. CH: Kept at 475°C +/- 10°C for 1h, than air cooled
