SAE I-23011 Class 7 Heat Treatments
- Heat soak specimens for 1 hour at 900°C. At the end of the soak period, furnace cool to 175°C or less, preferably room temperature, at a cooling rate not to exceed 5°C per minute before removal from the oven.
