GB 17Cr16Ni2 Heat Treatments
- Annealing: 680 - 800°C, cold or air cooling; Quenching 950-1050°C / oil-cooling or air cooling; (1) Tempering 600-650°C fast cooling; (2) Tempering 750-800°C + 650-700°C / fast cooling
- Hardening at 1010 +/- 10°C, oil cooling; Tempering at 605 +/- 5°C, air cooling.
Hardening at 1000-1030°C, oil cooling and Tempering at 300-380°C, air cooling.
