JIS 20NiCrMoS2 Heat Treatments
- Carburizing: 880-980°C; Hardening: 820-860°C; Double hardening: 860-900°C (Core hardening) and 780-820°C (Case hardening); Tempering: 150-200°C (min. 1 hour). End quench test austenitizing temperature 900±5°C.
