SS G24Mn6 Heat Treatments
- (+QT1) Normalizing or austenitizing from 880 to 950ºC and colling in liquid; tempering from 520 to 570ºC; (+QT2) Normalizing or austenitizing from 880 to 950ºC and colling in liquid; tempering from 600 to 650ºC; (+QT3) Normalizing or austenitizing from 880 to 950ºC and colling in liquid; tempering from 650 to 680ºC.
- Quenched and tempered: (+QT1) quenched from 880 to 950°C, cooled in liquid (for information only) and tempered from 520 to 570°C;
(+QT2) quenched from 880 to 950°C, cooled in liquid (for information only) and tempered from 600 to 650°C;
(+QT3) quenched from 880 to 950°C, cooled in liquid (for information only) and tempered from 650 to 680°C.
