  • Hot forming: 1200 to 1800°C, cooling slowly or in air; Annealing +A: 650t o 680°C, cooling slowly (15°C/h) until 600°C; Treating to ferrite-pearlite structure and hardness range +FP, stage 1: 950 to 1 000°C, cooling quickly to stage 2; Treating to ferrite-pearlite structure and hardness range +FP, stage 2: 640 to 660°C, keeping about 3 hours, after that cooling in air; Normalizing: 860 to 890°C, cooling in air; Stress relieving: 650 to 680°C, cooling in air; Carburizing: 880 to 980°C, cooling in air; Hardening: 840 to 880°C, quenching in oil or in water; Tempering: 150 to 200°C, cooling in air.
