Annealing: 750 to 850°C
Hardening: 980 to 1030°C, oil, air
Tempering temperature: 100 to 200°C
Structure after heat treatment:
After annealed: Ferrite + Carbide
After hardened: Martensite + Carbide
After hardened and tempered for obtaining high hardness: Martensite + Carbide
