DIN 1.4028 Heat Treatments
- Annealing: Heated at 750-850°C, furnace cooled.
Quenching: Heated at 950-1000°C, oil quenched.
Tempering: Heated at 100-300°C - Hot formed at 1100-800°C, slow cooled.
A: Annealed at 750-850°C.
QT850: Quenched at 950-1050°C, oil or air cooled. Tempered at 625-675°C.
