PROPRIETARY THYRODUR 2210 Heat Treatments


  • Soft annealing at 710 - 750°C, furnace cooling. Stress-relief annealing at approx. 650 - 680°C, furnace cooling. Hardening at 810 - 840°C, oil quenching or hardening at 780 - 810°C, water quenching. Tempered at 100, 200, 300, 400, 500 or 600°C.
