ASME SA-564 630 Heat Treatments
- Solution treating: 1040 ± 15°C (cooling as required to below 32°C)
Precipitation hardening:
H900: 480°C, 1h min. (cooling in air);
H925: 495°C, 4h min. (cooling in air);
H1025: 550°C, 4h min. (cooling in air);
H1075: 580°C, 4h min. (cooling in air);
H1100: 595°C, 4h min. (cooling in air);
H1150: 620°C, 4h min. (cooling in air);
H1150M: 760°C, 2h (cooling in air) plus 620°C, 4h (cooling in air);
H1150D: 620°C, 4h (cooling in air) plus 620°C, 4h (cooling in air).
