- Normalized: 860°C, oil quenched;
Tempered: 500°C, water or oil quenched.
Normalization could be (as requested): ± 15°C and tempering could be (as requested): ± 50°C. - Normalizing: 840-880°C, Hardening: 820-850°C in water; 830-860°C in oil; Tempered: 540-680°C, air cooled
